Barra Santos is a piece of Portugal in the rolling hills of Cypress Park, and during Portuguese Wine Week, there's nowhere more fitting to raise a glass. A small Portuguese restaurant where casual nights of wine and tapas spill out onto the sidewalk, Barra Santos has become LA's most authentic home for Portuguese food and wine since it opened.

Travel back in time to Portugal's rich artistic heritage as we bring the tradition of the iconic azulejo tile to Hermosa Beach. Join us at Resin for an intimate evening of art and culture as part of Portuguese Wine Week, led by Lisbon-born, South Bay-based artist Alexandra “Xana” Ramos of @xanaramosart.

Drawing from her Portuguese heritage and her own artistic practice rooted in azulejo patterns, natural materials, and saudade, Xana will guide you through painting your own azulejo-inspired ceramic tile coaster — while sharing the centuries-old history and symbolism behind Portugal's most beloved art form
